He arrived early for the appointment; he provided a detailed thorough roof inspection with feedback (pictures/ walk of roof) and future resolution. A fair competitive price offered, although our roof is good for another 2-4 years, 9Hammers will be my go to company for all matters related to our homes roof now and in the future. The experience was excellent. The workers arrived early to start the job and laid down tarp to catch the majority of the debris. They cleaned as they went. Once the roof was completed they ensured all nails and debris was cleared from the grass and driveway. They cleaned my neighbors deck and yard from the flying debris. The team finished quickly. I will be using 9Hammers for my siding and new deck. I was impressed by the whole experience.

Can’t recommend 9hamemrs highly enough. 9hammers contacted us immediately after sending a quote request from Angi’s List for a deck remodel. Tony, the salesman, came out on a weekend (a time convenient for us) and spent two hours going over every aspect of our deck. Tony was very honest and transparent about what we needed, what we might need when the deck boards were taken up, and what we could skip to save money. At no point did we feel like Tony was trying to upsell us or make us spend more money than necessary. I’ve never had such an honest experience with a salesman. Once Tony left, it was clear we wanted to use 9hammers for our deck remodel. When it came time to do the project, the work was quick and the quality was unreal. It was apparent that 9hammers took ownership of the project and made sure they did it correctly. After they took up our existing deck boards, they determined that whoever did the existing deck did a terrible job, and the owner got on the phone with us and explained step-by-step what they would need to do to get the deck up to code and last us for years. The final product was beyond what we could have imagined and we could not be happier with our deck. Following the project, Tony and the owner Ray followed up to ensure the project was done to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with the quality of 9hammers, we are already considering them for another project.
